FAKE FORMAL FAREWELL, FARMVILLE :))

The FACEBOOK application called FarmVille has captivated me for so long already.

I’m not sure — BUT to my estimation, for the time span of more or less 4 months, I believe i have reached my goal. I never reigned supreme among my friends but i have been better than others. For that short time, I’ve got until the 41st level that reaches a 150,00+ xp with more or less 6M coins and  50 FarmVille cash. I never missed a single promo. I have freebies and objects from various seasons that passed. I have all sorts of animals. Different animals of different types have been lost and been found in my farm. I have had all blue ribbons for everything. I have mastered almost EVERY possible seed to be planted.

I have CRIED and gone GAGA over my withering crops, I have given off my password just to ask for others help, I have chosen my farm over my assignments, and I have celebrated my new year fixing my farm– THAT’S IT! ENOUGH, I say! That was too much sacrifice for a senseless game! That was too much honor and pride of being envied because of how ‘professional‘ they say I am when it came to that kind of GAME.

Now, IT’S 2010! Let’s start the year right for once. Like drugs, FarmVille is addictive. Let’s stay away from addiction and stick with the mission and vision ouf our school for a better quality education.

Let the crops wither and eat your lunch. Never mind helping your neighbors, do your mother a favor and get her water. Forget about those trees, Work with your papers which came from them. Let the animals keep their products, give time to your own pet. Stop buying all those decorations and buildings, go buy youre requirements for school. Quit racing with others to beat their level and experience, see who, among your friends and the people surrounding you everyday, becomes successful first. FORGET FARMVILLE, REMEMBER YOUR ASSIGNMENTS!

I then remembered my alarm this morning.. yes! it’s his birthday! from 6pm today til now, 8pm, i have been listening to his songs non stop. And of course.. It’s FUN! His voice is so seductively addictive! haha. Other songs have repeated a few times already but it never gets bitter. hihi.

okay.. okay.. i know this post is sort of pointless but i have to make this. I mean, my blog is getting grounded. My last post was 28 days ago (xD), since then, my stats have been, ow well, disappointing. I even got a week straight ZERO! huhuhu. That’s so sad! IT’S 2010! :))

YES! it’s 2010! Happy New Year to Ü!

Here we are again.. Igniting our souls for a prosperous 2010, stare at the midnight sky and be amazed of lights of different colors, waste our oxygen in order to blow horns the loudest, cleansing our minds and inner-self as we think of our resolutions,  and sit for a while-in a small corner of our bed and think of what’s in store for us as we face the birth of a new year.

We always sing in chorus as the clock strikes 12. Of course, when it’s the new year there is always one song that’s stuck on our minds.

xMas break ‘09 was pretty boring. i had nothing FUN to do so i did these:

These nine dawn Masses are also considered as a Novena by the Catholic and Aglipayan faithfuls. This refers to the Roman Catholic and Aglipayan practice of performing nine days of private or public devotion to obtain special graces.

In some parishes, the Simbang Gabi begins as early as four o’clock in the morning. Going to Mass this early for nine consecutive days is meant to show the churchgoer’s devotion and faith to God as well as to heighten anticipation for the Nativity of Jesus. Popular belief, however, is that the completion of the novena will merit a boon or that a special wish made by the devotee will be granted by God.

After hearing Mass, Filipino families partake of traditional Filipino holiday fare, either during breakfast at home or immediately outside the church, where they are sold. Vendors offer a wealth of native delicacies, including bibingka (rice flour and egg-based cake, cooked using coal burners on top of and under the pastry), putò bumbóng (a purple, sticky rice delicacy steamed in bamboo tubes, with brown sugar and shredded dried coconut meat served as condiments), salabát (hot ginger tea) and tsokoláte (thick Spanish cocoa). I’m proud to say that I completed all 9 masses for the first time. We may not feel the spirit of Christmas with much gifts underneath the Christmas tree, or with decorations at home, nor may we not be prepared for Noche Buena, we sure feel the birth of Jesus spiritually. We’re even planning to attend the midnight mass later before we get together as December 25th arrives. We really made the efforts to wake up early for mass not for our wishes to come true. Unlike in the beliefs of granting your wishes and payers if you complete all 9 masses. We attended masses without hesitation to show that we welcome Jesus’ celebration of birth. Because Christmas is about him, his birth, his story. This season is not about the presents, the twinkling lights, the food served and especially not about Santa Claus.

i have noticed a lot of people are using tumblr for the past few days. I then ask myself.. ANO NA?? HA?? WHAT’S THAT??

I just suddenly  get curious about things IN here in this online social networking industry. Another question comes in my mind – Magpapahuli ba ako??. haha. i try typing. in the address bar i see myself entering in tumblr.com. After pressing “ENTER”, i saw the very blue environment. also very simple-clean.. The banner says The easiest way to blog. *really??

Below that, i read then clicked See 24 reasons why you’ll love Tumblr →. There was then a drop-down above the page. Why everyone / musicians / comedians / photographers / companies Love Tumblr <3

Wow.. Comments of praise were also posted at the bottom as i scrolled down further.. Obama’s Top 5 Tech Tools, huh?? nice. ^^

For now, i still don’t know if i’d buy all those endorsements from other people. it’s hard to manage different accounts at once, isn’t it?? Or maybe it’s just me. Anyway.. i find it soo hard to do that. I was into twitter once. As Facebook became a friend of mine, i somehow forgot my twitter. I’m trying to update it now, though.. i even almost forgot about this blog of mine. *so sad. T_T

one lazy Saturday afternoon..

It’s the 5th of December. we just got off from General Santos City yesterday. It was a crazy 3-day Regional Schools Press Conference. Now.. i have nothing to do. According to my classmates, there are no home works. yey!! I don’t know of an interesting place to go to here in the internet. Well.. i thought of blogging. –A never-is and never-will-be thought-provoking entry. xD

‘nyway.. i had an idea of posting an image here. i found this:

it made me remember of my summers. it was always like this. it never changed, maybe only for a few days in camp or in vacation but still the same- a boring afternoon. in front of the computer. it not the computer.. the idiot box others call as television. xD

I am a Girl Scout!

Wo0h! I miss scouting so much.. My most recent girl scout camp was last summer of 2008. Thank God Girl Scout became active this year.. We had our camp last Oct 1-4 at Tupi and i so much enjoyed it..

DAY  1- OCT 1

we were told to meet at our school’s parking area at lunch. When we arrived at Tupi Central Elem. School, we were immediately told to change clothes to our official business uniform for the parade. There we went then.. We walked under the blazing sun of Tupi. We were warmly welcomed by the municipality’s mayor. we also discovered that we were the biggest delegation for the seniors. The program went on then at their gym. If i’m not mistaking, i think we arrived back to camp at 4???? LOL.

At night then.. we had our “You and Me”. It was some sort of meet-a-new-friend-in-camp that actually ended up to as ask-others-to-write-their-names-for-your-activity-card sort of thing. haha

After that concluded, we went to sleep early. we were going to have our hiking at Putok Hills the next morning.

DAY 2- OCT 2

It was our first morning there. we woke up at what i think was 4 am. we had to look for a place to take a bath. A rescuer helped us out, actually.. He saw us having a problem looking for a faster way to take a bath so he led us to their quarter’s and told us we could take our bath there. We weren’t the only ones who were welcome there. I saw 2 other teachers or as we all them-’titas’- waiting. I then realized.. Hey! It’s my former tita when i was in elementary. The same person who came with me all the time when i wasn’t mature yet. LOL

We’re off to hike then! Before the bigger adventure, we planted trees. After that.. there we went- walked a few steps for a while. Then, we saw a rope and girls holding onto it. I then realized.. wow! we had to hold that for us not to slip off of the slope. whoo! I thought i’d never survive that one! But I did! ha! In your face! LOL.

When we arrived at the top, they let us draw the view we saw. It suddenly reminded me of FarmVille.. hehe. It was time to go down then. Still, we had to hold on to the rope. We took ma hike back to the camp then..

We were so tired and it was so hot! We had other activities coming for us.. Those included carabao riding, arts and craft and rescue.. We only attended carabao riding. When it was time for arts and craft, we went back to our tents. We fixed our ‘cooking area’, actually. It was ruined by the stupid strong air. We were too tired to join the rescue stuff so we just watched them do their rescue.. hahaha

DAY 3-OCT 3

we had to attend our exercise! arrggh! We then participated for the color’s ceremony.

We had our outdoor activities! We were blind folded and crawled, got our shirts dirty, dipped our feet in dirty water to find a pinky-small catfish.. After that, we picked up a few garbage alongside the river. It was off to the swimming pool!!!!

We had few games there. One was picking up coins underwater. We didn’t win! Only 2nd, i think.. We picked up 13 coins. Not bad!!!

When we went back to camp, there was no electricity. we weren’t able to take out bath. tsk. We helped out a Purok, actually.. We gave them our extra food and stuff. We also made them smile and happy when we performed to them a short and funny dance. hehe

It was then time to catch some chickens for dinner! haha. i didn’t catch any.. but I enjoyed! ^^

CAMPFIRE! haha. we enjoyed that one soo much! we danced crazily in front of the other scouts. haha

DAY 4-OCT 4

We also had our mass and offered there our left over rice. We were even shocked by our teacher from KNCHS when we saw her there. Paano sya sya naka abot sa Tupi? Tga Tupi ba sya? hndi man.. haha

We had our closing program and awarding then..

Funny awarding, actually! Yes, we expected to get the award for the most number of delegates. haha. Then, even though we knew we didn’t deserve those other awards, because we were the only ones left-and some others-every announcement of award, we shout our school’s name.. Just for fun. Even for the Most Punctual.. We were always the last to arrive, FYI.. We only had one right.. For the Best in Campfire performance. NICE! hahaha..

just harvested!

wow. that was fun.. my aunts, uncles, and cousins came here to our house. They helped us out in harvesting our Rambutan. The fruits werejust ripe already but we didn’t have anyone to climb up the tree and get those big red yummy, juicy stuff! LOL.. A branch unfortunately fell off weeks ago.. Madami pa naman bunga yun. But atleast now, almost all the ripe fruits have been harvested. Thatnks to my uncles of course..

We also discovered that our Durian Tree also had a fuit. We’ve been planning to cut it off for over years already b’coz ut disn’t grow any fruit. It just used up a big space of our home. We just don’t have enough equipment for cutting it off. I remebered when I was a child, we always climbed up there. You know, just sit and stare. Ginawa na lng namin tambayan. It had fruits noon. It was then.. They usually just rot and stuff. But now, we saw there was one. It was also looking yummy. My mom asked me to take a picture ot, actually. Haha. It seemed like an achievement to us. Oh well, we just wish it’s gonna taste yummy.

In the mean time, I;m gonna eat up the rambutan now. Wo0ow! It’s sooo yummy. Iba sa binebenta sa fruit stands. Malalaki at ang ju.juicy pa!

Well, well.. Hello there Facebook! It’s nice meeting you! lol

I have had a facebook account long time ago but I just got active since last Saturday (Aug. 22). I had nothing to do that day. My mom’s at work and my brother is out somewhere. I was left alone that day. I tried checking my friendster. Unfortunately, they’re having dumb errors again. I checked my twitter then plurk. I had a short chat at plurk for a while. After that, I had nothing else to do. I’m bored again. So then I though of trying facebook. There have been lots of requests and stuff. I then tried playing FarmVille. Well, i was somehow entertained. I also played Pet Society. My pet’s name is AngelaLaLa. xD As far as now, those 2 are the ones I’m active with. I’m still conducting ’surveys’ on what other apps are nice. For the mean time, I’m searching for my friends on facebook through mutual friends..

What happened to me?

haha. this is so funny and weird. I just came from school- ALONE. My only purpose was to post something for our classroom’s bulletin board. So i did do it as i arrived. When I was finished, I was planning to leave already because -asides from a creepy guy that keeps on singing and singing out loud that might have caused the rain a while ago- I left the PC on when I left. Ü. Then, I looked back. Somehow, my angelic side was present. I then thought maybe the fourth year who was going to use the room before us is gonna be dissapointed when they see candle ‘marks’ in the floor that we made when we did the bulletin board. Not only that.. There was big dirty stuff in the middle of the tiled floor. I was thinking what to do. The next thing I knew, I became cinderella for tha day-already using the scissors to remove the candle and picked up a towel from the divan and wiped off those dirt. I was so sweaty already but I somehow found it FUN! At least, It didn’t take me that long. A little 30 mins is fine with me.. Ü

Oh well, til next time.. And expect that next time.. It may be the results of my exam.. boohoo!
